Kua tino noho te hōtoke i te raki o te hōtoke! Winter has certainly settled in the winterless north! Kia tūpato, kia pai hoki te pupuri! Be careful and stay well!

Our tamariki have been showing amazing values throughout the term, and acknowledged for their positive behaviour for learning at our school wide assemblies on Fridays! With all the values dockets coming through the office, Porihere whare is leading the way! The winning whare this term receives a special treat for all their combined efforts. Keep it up tamariki katoa!

Most of our learners are coming to school prepared for learning, wearing their school uniform and attending classes. Lets get behind all our tamariki to be school ready! Talk to them about their learning, ensure they are leaving home in full uniform and attending all their classes. Together we can have a greater impact on their learning here at Opononi!
